I think I have a pretty good idea... sounds like someone is preparing to fork()congrats :)

It means we're now accepting nominations for the next in utero nickname, since there could only be one Cletus.

I think Ziggy the Zygote is a cool name. Ophidian approves with two thumbs up and a cheezy smile. ;)
Of course, we could follow George Foreman's sequel children style and just name the bump Cletus II.
I'm thinking something feminine like "Pre-Natalie" or "Neo-Natalie". Or a varaition of natally/natalie. Maybe give it a French flair with Pre-Nathalie. Oh la la!

Current leaning is "eeny" per the webhamstress. My suggestion of Mee Krob was shot down even after 48 hours of repeated attempts.Eeny looks to be the current leader.
